Project Management in the Development of Dynamic Capabilities for an Open Innovation Era

The aim of the research is to explain how Project Management (PM) ensures accumulation, integration, utilization, and reconfiguration capabilities knowledge acquired in projects order build dynamic (DCs). This study also gives insight into PM can develop DCs through identification implementation project management opportunities. result 22 semi-structured interviews with participants from 9 companies different industries are detailed framed within theoretical dimensions DCs: reconfiguration, sensing, seizing. As a result, we present best practices, techniques, tools that allow leveraging organizations. qualitative contributes empirical discussion about transforms routines learning practices organizations or reshape capabilities.
